310 Attack!
listening("The Pioneers (M83 Remix)","Bloc Party"); ?>No time for a real post. But I will tell you this little story.
We're working mostly with amplifiers recently, especially audio amplifiers. Our prof fired a homemade amplifier up today and hooked it up to a signal generator just to get some tones out of it for testing purposes. Well he was cranking out some pretty annoying frequencies at some ridiculous volumes when he realized: "You know, this might be annoying to the class next door." So he cranked up the amplitude on the input to the point that the waves were clipped and it made this god-awful flat sound that might as well been intended to shatter glassware. A few seconds into this, both doors of the classroom bust open and all 30 students from the class next door bust in and start chucking wads of paper at the prof who grabbed his running laptop to shield himself from their projectiles.
And as quickly as they came, they were gone.

In otherwise disinteresting news, I sneezed so hard this morning that I pulled a muscle in my neck. I couldn't look up or down more than 10 degrees for most of the day. I am retarded.
simple livin' is a bitch
It took a bad sneeze to tell you this?
Dan, I think we need to put you in a bubble. Considering the annual poison ivy attacks, sneezing injuries, and those sore muscles you had after a rough day of CORNHOLE you have proven to us that you are too fragile for the outside world.
Dan, have you ever had an "accident" while, well, you know....
My boss just told me that it's not that unusual to injure yourself while sneezing. You tense up a lot of muscles pre-sneeze and then suddenly jerk your body. It happens.
Also, he said the best remedy he could think of involved Shannon, oils, and things best left unmentioned. I like it.
Is that so? Hmmmmm.......i like it.
So if you injury yourself while sneezing at work, do you get workers comp?
I don't think you get workers comp... I think you get ridiculed. That's just what I've heard.
