Everybody with me now: one step forward, two steps back. Everytime I've sat down to even think about updating in the last few weeks, there have been a number of icons on my desktop staring back at me begging not to do it. The icons read: "Halflife 2" and "Oblivion". I wrapped up HL2 today, gotta get that Episode 1 shit locked down sometime or I just might lose my mind.
So! I commenced! Eh, I commiserated. Commenciadoed. Comma... I fucking walked across that stage-thing. There's nothing more satisfiying than three years of schooling to be concluded by walking across a stage and getting an empty leather Trapper-Keeper. It touches you somewhere. The cockles? Settle down, Tree. One quarter left, then off to the amish-land.
Also! We've booked a place for the wedding. Wedding? Are you just tuning in? Next July, the Clock Tower in Columbus. It will probably be a good time and I hope I can make it.
Not a whole lot of other new shit going on that I know of. I start work tomorrow for the rest of the summer. Some kind of six year anniversary coming up on Wednesday. Tuesday is 6.6.06. If I can, I'll probably lock myself in my room and not leave. I'm really surprised I haven't heard too many people preaching the end of the world. Y2K was like a shitstorm, but the mark of the devil doesn't even raise brows. Very interesting.
Oh! And while I'm thinking of it. The nth annual LKDC picnic needs to be scheduled for the summer! We usually do it sometime in July, so start looking at your calendar so we can get this thing planned.

Hey, plan the picnic for a weekend that isn't the 15th or 22nd of July (please). I'd really like to come down to GC for it. CMJ was awesome, I totally should have checked who was going. I saw Mindless Self Indulgence and Kill Hannah last night. Missed the Aquabats today, though (sad). Also, Dresden Dolls and Panic at the Disco are at Promo West Pavillion on July 6th, anyone going?

PS: The last two days of Europe have been the equivalent of hell. I lost my camera today (digital, with about 1.5 weeks of pictures on it), and while on my way to one of the billion fucking polizia stations in florence, my shoe fucking broke. the strap fell the fuck off. yesterday i got kicked out of 2 museums because they were "closed", despite the hours on their signs. and wtf. when it rains, it fucking pours. and there's a fucking monsoon over here.
