The Quarter Will Go As Follows

To be completely honest, it's not like all the rest.

[EDIT]: If you have received a piece of spam in the last 2 days or so, you can assume it came from me. I just found a virus or some shit on my machine that has caused me to upload 4.1GB of email to the internet in the last 48 hours. Average email size? 200 bytes. This equates to approximately 200 million spam emails in the last 2 days. I am all that I hate about the internet. Our fucking douche-bag IT chairman found the hole when he realized that out of 5GB uploaded from our house in the last 2 days, 4.1GB of that was emails coming from my goddamn computer. Fuck cialis, and fuck you.[/EDIT]

So, I'm really glad I give about 0.5 shits about my GPA this quarter, because humanities classes suck. All you english/literature-type majors out there must be out of your minds to do this to yourselves. I got a C+ on my recent Bible as Literature paper, which I thought was well-written, but I apparently "totally missed the point of the assignment". Burn. In other news, I keep failing reading quizzes for my Romanticism & World Lit class (which are just supposed to be a test of whether or not you actually did the reading) even though I have done each and every reading. I'm slightly annoyed.

But my engineering course is going swimmingly. Decent on labs, homework is clutch, professor is, in my opinion, not a total fuckwipe. The only way this can go downhill is the test next week.

Rush is in full gear so there are an abundance of snotnosed newbs around the house just about all the time. I don't particularly mind. Keeps me from drinking on weekdays.

Nothing exciting really going on. I just got done watching the Steelers rape me of my dream of going 2-0 in fantasy football. Willie Parker needed to get 16 goddamn yards. That's it. That's all I needed to beat Ben.

Earlier this evening, myself and the rest of Exec hung out with the President of Rose-Hulman, one Dr. Jakobowski, and his wife, Lynn. We gave'em a quick run-down of the grounds which I think went well and then he treated us to dinner at Mogger's. You know you're in clutch with the prez when he has no second thoughts about buying a round of lagers at a restaurant. No doubt.

I guess that's all I'm spittin' for now. Few more weeks 'til I'm back in town for a long weekend. Probably coming back Tuesday night unless I have to give my man Hobag a ride back in which case it'll be Wednesday. Maybe I can get Tim to take him...

Later.

I never thought I would see Kober talk about sports.
